To Use: Place the tea bag into a basin of warm-hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes or until cool enough to place your feet in the water. Once done, dry your feet without rinsing your feet to keep them feeling fresh and soft. For additional therapeutic benefits, you can marbles or small round stones at the bottom of your soak basin to create a simple massage for your feet. Just roll the soles of your feet gently back and forth across the marbles.
