Gem Essence: sunstones and other crystals for your root, sacral and solar plexus chakras, stimulating self-healing and bringing abundance, happiness and joy.
Use daily for best results. Apply several times daily to areas that need extra care such as hands, elbow and areas often exposed to sun and other damage. Start by generously applying lotion to your feet and gently massaging up the legs and towards the heart, activating the life-force energy at the base of your spine. To extend the shelf-life beyond the 'best by' date on the jar, store them in your refrigerator.
