Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped with love and care, directly from our headquarters in Los Angeles, California. Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days and you will be notified by email when the shipment leaves our facility and is on it's way to you!

U.S. Orders

Orders over $100 (before taxes, where applicable) ship for free. All U.S. orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 for packages under 1lb and $6.95 on all packages over 1lb. Shipments are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of your package. Tracking numbers will be provided via email and available for viewing at www.usps.com. 

International Orders

All international orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International for a flat fee of $22-$30 (depending on your country) for up to 3lbs of merchandise with delivery in 5-10 days to most major destinations. Customer is responsible for all customs fees and country taxes upon delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided via email and available for viewing at www.usps.com. Product weight is as follows:

  • Cremes - .25lbs
  • Hydrosols - .75lbs
  • Lotions - .75lbs
  • Spa Kit - 1.5lbs
  • Facial Kit - 1lbs
  • Ceremonial Chakra Baths - 1.8 lbs
  • Elixirs - .15 lbs
  • Bracelets- .10lbs

Returns

14 Day Returns Guarantee

We hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our website. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it unopened and unused within 14 days of the date of purchase. The date the items were shipped to you by us will be detailed in the documentation with your order. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging with their label intact. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable) and that you are responsible for return shipping costs incurred, unless the return was the result of our error. 

You must inspect all goods delivered to you immediately on receipt and in any event within three days of delivery.

You must within three days of delivery notify us of any alleged defect, shortage or other shortcoming in the goods which shall otherwise be considered to have been delivered in accordance with your order.

All returns can only be made to the card used when paying for the order. We will email you once the item has been received and will inform you when the credit has been made to your account. This is normally within 14 days of return receipt of the goods.  

Returned product must be securely wrapped in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit back to us. We cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain certified postage if using the Post Office.

Loss or Damage of Items

We insure all packages.  For loss or damage of items a claim will be filed. Customers will be required to complete their portion of the claim form and once the claim is completed and paid all items will be replaced.
