Embrace Change

As you know, Gemstone Organic made a big move this month and we are Over the Moon excited about our new location. It is magical, full of beauty and brings a new energy that I know you will all love and experience along with me.

Moving is an emotional experience as it means change. Change invites us to move forward, towards a world full of possibilities.

Next week marks the Fall Equinox riding on the tail of the New Moon. Equinoxes mark a time of balance where day and night are equal ~ a very special energy ~ the start of a cataclysm of change.

As we move towards this big change, lets review some of the ways change can impact and beautify our lives if we open ourselves fully to what comes our way.

Change takes us out of our comfort level ~ it gives us the eyes to see things differently. I encourage you to go there because it is not really that uncomfortable.
Change reveals our strengths ~ when we go through a transition we find out what we can handle and what we cannot. These learning’s are valuable in shaping who we are and who we want to be.
Change takes more energy to resist than it does to accept.
Change is learning ~ learning is growing; growing is living; so lets live.
Change makes us more compassionate ~ when we go through the challenges of change we feel compassionate to those around us who are also experiencing change.
Change is opportunity ~ new experiences remove our ego and usher in humility. It connects us to our source allowing us to make clearer decisions. Sometimes we will find ourselves doing deep inner work.
Change moves us forward ~ meaning we don’t move backward!
Change teaches us we are vulnerable - it allows us to remember that we don’t have or know all the answers. One can find great honesty in this place of openness.
Change is gratefulness ~ it reminds us of how much we have.
Change is new beginnings ~ we turn a new page of life ~ close one chapter and open another. With each change we welcome in new possibilities.
